President
Daniel Jay Morrison uniquely combines marketing expertise, research skills,

budget. His extensive consulting background has been successfully employed to

and provide clients with a clearer understanding of their target market needs.
His consulting experience with the mature market
covers a wide range of products and services on national, regional, and test levels. He
has significant practical knowledge of all aspects of marketing and market research, as
well as in-depth involvement with many sales, technology, packaging, and manufacturing
systems.
He has also developed a proven process of
evolutionary qualitative research feedback, which has been instrumental in the
creation and refinement of new products, addressing problems in ongoing businesses, and
evaluating competitive and market opportunities.
Mr. Morrison personally conducts all projects from
design through planning, execution, and evaluation. His vast experience has built
a discipline for intuitive insight supported by strategic planning, tactical targeting,
focused creativity, attention to detail, and controlling expenses to accomplish objectives
within client budgets.
Daniel Jay Morrison understands the needs of his clients
because he possesses extensive line management experience at P & G
and Unilever. Prior to establishing his independent marketing consultancy, he was Director
of Marketing for a Unilever (Lipton) Business Unit with retail sales in excess of $300 million.
In addition to management of national and regional brands,
Daniel Jay Morrison has vast experience focused solely on New Product Development. He
was directly responsible for generating in excess of $1 billion in new sales. He
had line responsibility for the development and market introduction of twenty
lines of new products as well as innumerable line and size extensions. Mr.
Morrison has also personally executed three successful business reversals to halt share,
volume, and profit losses.
Mr. Morrison has taught marketing at
Fairleigh Dickinson University and guest lectured at Dartmouth's Amos
Tuck Graduate School of Business Administration, Baruch (CUNY), Rutgers University, Stevens Institute of
Technology, Hofstra University, Montclair State University, and various association, classroom, and business forums.
Daniel Jay Morrison has generated many programs for
establishing corporate and brand objectives, goals, and strategies. He has also been
instrumental in the design and implementation of systems for optimal marketing
organization and staffing, creativity, and project control.
Mr. Morrison has been involved in many international
activities including consulting, project task forces, strategic planning, and new product
exploratories. Mr. Morrison has also assisted foreign firms to position,
formulate, package, and advertise their products in the United States. |
